Alix is founder and Managing Director of Concert, an organization providing executive coaching, training and human resources consultancy. She serves on the Application Review Committee of the ICF, responsible for credentialing individual coaches and coach training programmes. In addition she is one of 10 MCCs worldwide responsible for training assessors. She has been honoured with scholarships to further her studies in coaching across cultures in the far east, and she has worked and lectured throughout Europe. She has taught at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf, as well as at the University in Bochum, Germany. Early in her career, she was honoured with an award for outstanding achievement and leadership by the Department of Education in North Carolina. She is currently working with executive clients on three continents.
