‘I love the opportunity to be accredited by an independent body which qualifies coaches to the very highest standards. This means that clients truly know that coaches who meet the ICF’s quality measure really are up to the job. This will do much for the future of our profession and for me as a professional.’

The ICF Credentialed members details contained on this website are for the purposes of searching for a specific coach only and are not intended for commercial use.
All email and electronic communications with members other than by an individual for the sole purpose of seeking a coach as contemplated should adhere to the following principles:-
1) You should have a prior relationship with the person receiving your e-mail. (Someone giving you their business card is acceptable in this regard – it implies permission to get in contact. Similarly if someone has sent you an email.)
2) A valid "from" and "reply to" address must be included with each message
3) If you have a subscription list, you should send a confirmation e-mail that the person wishes to be on the list.
4) There should always be a quick way to unsubscribe from any mail list
5) Any request to cease mailing from an individual or organisation should be quickly honoured
6) A breach of this policy by any ICF member or ICF Credentialed coach may be considered a breach of professional ethics and referred to the ethics committee for their consideration. Review process may follow. The ultimate sanction of the ICF in respect to breach of the Code of Ethics is cessation of membership and/or loss of the ICF Credential.
