Ambassadors – Update

Many of you have volunteered yourselves as ambassadors and we have taken many of you on board and still are working to get more of you active and supporting the UK ICF board. Within the next month we will be contacting you to see how you want to contribute to the board. For anyone who has not put their name forward here is a brief update of how some of our ambassadors are flying the UK ICF flag:

• Neil Johnson, our first ambassador, is working with the board in providing a valuable link with KidsCo. KidsCo provide the board with a room space for the board meetings and the board are reciprocating by coaching KidsCo staff members. The longer term vision is to extend this for UK ICF members to be able to either support KidsCo or other charities in the same way.
• Clare Chapman is our social media expert and she has been promoting the UK ICF events and information through Twitter and Linkedin. She also runs social media training. Clare has been a huge asset to the UK ICF board and we wish her all the best in her forthcoming wedding later this month.
• Lynn Chamberlain-Clarke represented the UK ICF at the ICF European conference in France and has also assisted in various capacities with the professional development programme
• Bernadette Cass has worked with Global ICF and now has CCEUs for her coaching meeting in York
• Angie Marychurch is a member of the Guildford Coaching Group and has also been able to get CCEUs for the meeting held in Guildford
• Ana Karakusevic did an amazing job in getting the new website together and up and running

These are just a few examples of the amazing jobs ambassadors have taken on. There are many more that I can mention and I take up this opportunity to thank all members who have over the last decade supported the ICF in many, many ways.
