Hiring a Coach - Organisations

Coaches are normally hired by either organisations or privately by individuals. This section deals with hiring a coach as an organisation. Such coaches are often termed Corporate or Executive Coaches. They may be internal and work exclusively for the organisation, or external, brought in as part of a company sponsored intervention. Click here for key differences between using internal and external coaches.
If you are looking for an external coach for your organisation, click here and follow the instructions.
Corporate Coaches will work closely with the organisation to ensure that coaching meets both the objectives of the coachee and the organisation.
- With corporate coaching, the company pays for the coaching intervention and takes an active part in the development of the coaching programme
- The coaching programme is often part of a bigger development process within the organisation
- Corporate coaches can work 1-2-1, with groups or a combination of both
- Coaching success criteria are often agreed by the coach, coachee and organisation.
- The company has some input in to the agenda or focus of the coaching.
