Joining the ICF brings two sets of benefits
At the international level, you gain all the benefits of belonging to a major independent body representing coaches and coaching. At the UK level, you gain access to a community of UK-based professional coaches with an international outlook. Our aim in the UK is to encourage our members to achieve mastery in coaching, raising awareness of coaching as a powerful resource for both organisations and individuals.
We have our own elected UK ICF Board, our own website, our own events to help member coaches further develop their coaching competencies and skills. Further benefits for UK members include:
