‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

In this changing world coaching clearly has a role in making a real difference for people. Do you want to be even more involved as part of this? Does the ICF vision of coaching becoming an integral part of society, and ICF coaches representing the highest standards in professional excellence, motivate you? Do you want to play an active part in building the coaching profession in the UK? Do you want to be part of a team of dedicated professional coaches and share your experience, passion and energy in a committed, mutually supportive environment? Are you ready for a new challenge where you can learn a huge amount and really make a difference for coaches, and the people working with coaches?

If this sounds right for you, then I'd like to invite you to consider being part of the UK ICF Board.

There are a number of roles now available, but they are not suitable for everyone. These roles require dedication, commitment and time. They require the ability to work with others in sometimes challenging situations, to listen, and to make things happen. They require the ability to inspire and attract the support of others. You will need to be quite special.

The available roles are:
• Organisational Design Director
• Director of Communications
• Director of Finance/Treasurer
• President -Elect
