We are a lively and thriving group, aiming to promote the benefits of coaching throughout Cumbria and to deliver standards of excellence in our coaching. Coaches, aspiring coaches and related professionals are all welcome. We meet every third Friday of the month from 10am to 2pm. There is a charge of £10 to cover room hire and lunch.
Venues: Lyzzick Hall near Keswick, Castle Court near Shap and venues in the Kendal area. See our website for further details.

We are a thriving group open to all coaches, and welcome new members. We have a lively speaker programme and also hold Co-coaching sessions with the opportunity to practise coaching skills and receive peer feedback.
