Margaret Krigbaum, MCC, former chair of the ICF credentialing system, and a leader in coaching education is joining us for a six week teleclass that she entitles "How To Have Big Ears".
Margaret believes that Active Listening is a combination of presence and depth of hearing. In your six weeks together with Margaret, you will learn how to open your mind for greater hearing, how to listen for core issues, how to increase the breadth of your hearing by hearing it all, and how to relate detail to core issues.
You will also become much better at using what you hear to shape powerful, core finding questions that will enhance both your coaching and your client's results.

Margaret Krigbaum,MCC
After 11 years in private law practice, Margaret made the transition into coaching in late 1994. She coaches extensively in change management, career transition, business development, organisational and team development and helping individuals find their creative passion. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, regional and local companies, senior executives, and professionals. Her client base extends throughout the United States and to Europe and Asia. She currently coaches individual and team clients in twelve countries.
Margaret is immediate past chair of the ICF’s Application Review Committee, past Co-Chair of its Credentialing and Continuing Education Committee, co-chaired the Beyond Mastery track at the 2003 ICF convention, chaired the Coaching Tools programme at the 2000 convention, and was a member of the ICF’s Strategic Planning Committee. She is the recipient of the ICF’s Jennifer White Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Coaching Profession. She is also a senior coach with LBF Intercoach, Inc.
This Teleseries will give you 6 CCEU hours in total.
