  • How do we talk about coaching in a way that is engaging?

  • How/Do clients measure return-on-investment?

  • Managing three-way relationships: coachee, coach and customer




John Niland, PCC

John runs Success121 based both in Brussels and in London, he has managed the “Business-Building” track at the 2006 European ICF Conference. He specialises in working with independent professionals who want to take their practice to the next level; earning more fees in fewer hours. He currently coaches sixty clients, and has worked with over 350 people since March 2000.
