‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

as part of the Core Competencies Series,
invites you to explore

MEETING ETHICAL GUIDELINES AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
- Making it real!

This is a tele-seminar
with David Matthew Prior, MCC
on Monday 28th January 2008 at 8pm UK time

It could happen to you:
One of your longer term coaching clients asks you
to meet for a drink to discuss a very lucrative joint business proposition.

You are an external coach working for an organisation and are contacted by
their outside lawyer who pressures you to share with them the 360 feedback
report of one of your clients.

You are in the middle of taking your ICF
portfolio credential written exam and realise that your own coach education
contains a serious knowledge gap about coaching ethics.

Making Ethics Real will include an intensive hour of teaching, mentoring,
discussion and exploration about the role of ethics in coaching
professionalism.

Before the session make sure you have downloaded and read The ICF Code of Ethics from www.coachfederation.org and click on the Ethics tab. Also please have the Code to hand for the session.
