‘I love the opportunity to be accredited by an independent body which qualifies coaches to the very highest standards. This means that clients truly know that coaches who meet the ICF’s quality measure really are up to the job. This will do much for the future of our profession and for me as a professional.’

ESTABLISHING TRUST AND INTIMACY WITH THE CLIENT
‘Creating the magic in the relationship’

This is a teleseminar with Maryvonne Lorenzen
on Monday 26th March 2007 at 8pm UK time

This workshop will be an interactive conversation with examples and situations to discuss and identify how to create trust and intimacy with a client. We will focus more on being than on doing.

Maryvonne will ask the participants to bring situations in which they were highly successful, but also situations where it was less easy and where they can be coached on.

The goal will be that each participant discovers how he/she can best create trust and intimacy in his/her own distinctive way

This is for Maryvonne a key competency which determines the quality of the coaching relationship and is crucial for the success of the coaching process.
