What our UK members say:

'Professional standards are vital to the standing and credibility of Coaching as an emerging profession. The ICF is the only independent professional body with a track record of accrediting coaches to these rigorous standards and at a variety of levels. So I am proud to be designated a Master Coach by the ICF and consider it my responsibility to myself and my clients ( national and international, corporate and personal) to ensure that I continue to operate at that level......luckily the ICF makes sure I do that!'

COACHING PRESENCE
Strengthening Your Coaching Presence – Strong starts and strong closes

This is a teleseminar
with Linda Miller, MCC
on Monday 28th April 2008 at 8pm UK time

Knowing how to start a coaching conversation and end it are two areas that are often overlooked when focusing on coaching competencies. Many coaches do a stutter start which can confuse or minimize effectiveness when getting started, and they often end without anchoring the learnings.

This interactive session will give concrete examples of how to start strong, how to maintain focus on the client’s agenda and how to end the coaching conversation well for the client’s benefit.

Linda Miller, MCC

Since her first introduction to coaching in 1995, Linda Miller has focused on coaching within the corporate arena. For the past 6 years, Linda has worked with The Ken Blanchard Companies as their Global Liaison for Coaching and as an executive coach. Her clients include leaders and their teams from Alltel, Boeing, Delta Faucet, Deloitte, Duke Energy, IKEA, KPMG and Nintendo, as well as not for profit organizations.

Linda is a founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. She has launched and co-hosted ICF chapters in Seattle and Phoenix. Currently, Linda lives in Arizona with her husband.

This Teleseminar will give you 1 CCEU hour.
