What our UK members say:

'Professional standards are vital to the standing and credibility of Coaching as an emerging profession. The ICF is the only independent professional body with a track record of accrediting coaches to these rigorous standards and at a variety of levels. So I am proud to be designated a Master Coach by the ICF and consider it my responsibility to myself and my clients ( national and international, corporate and personal) to ensure that I continue to operate at that level......luckily the ICF makes sure I do that!'

COACHING PRESENCE
The Number 1 Requirement for Coaching Senior Executives

This is a teleseminar
with Val Williams MCC
on Wednesday 2nd April 2008 at 8pm UK time

Many coaches think that as long as they are open, flexible, and in touch with their intuition; they have developed the core competency of 'Coaching Presence'. However what I have seen over 12 years of coaching senior corporate executives is this: If you plan to coach leaders at the top of the house in corporations; having a 'good' coach presence is not enough to be successful. To play at the higher levels: coaching C-level and senior executives, you will need an extraordinary coach presence; a much deeper grasp of the subtleties of this competency.

Many coaches who are well trained, competent and great people can feel frustrated that they can’t seem to attract a successful executive coaching practice. Although there are many factors that go into making it in executive coaching; one key, often overlooked, requirement is the coach’s personal presence. Are you confident enough?... bold enough?... whole enough?... to roll with the alpha males/females who run corporations? Your presence, your way of being, is often the critical factor for getting hired, staying in the game and demonstrating valuable results with corporate leaders.

This is why I created a specific model to strengthen executive presence both for the executive leader and the executive coach. Join us to see where you can strengthen your own presence!
