‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

POWERFUL QUESTIONING
- Discover the source of flow and growing in the coaching process

This is a teleseminar
with Monika Müller, MCC
on Tuesday 3rd June 2008 at 8pm UK time

How to create powerful questions? What is so special about powerful questions compared to other questions? Where does a powerful question come from? What is the effect of a powerful question? How do you know when you have asked a powerful question? All these wonderful thoughts coaches bring up when we talk about the core competency of powerful questioning.

First I’d like to present some ideas about:

  • Three different kinds of powerful questions: informational questions (needed for the start of a coaching or the coaching session), process oriented and guiding questions (coming from methods, topics, assumptions about change) and the most powerful questions that meet the centre of the cells of our clients – the identity of a human being - (questions that come from the clients unconscious itself)

  • A cycle of steps a coach can make to create and stay with powerful questioning in the coaching process.
Based on this introduction in the second part of the workshop we will interact with your questions and play with your ideas. The workshop is designed as a puzzle piece for your path of growing as a coach.
