Core Competencies Series Part 7 with Peter Reding, MCC

UK ICF
Professional Development,
as part of the Core Competencies Series,
invites you to explore
DIRECT COMMUNICATION
- Inviting Your Client To Join Their Coaching Conversation
This is a teleseminar
with Peter Reding, MCC
on Monday 7th July 2008 at 8pm UK time

When asked what Direct Communication means to him this is what Peter said ‘I love the Direct Communication competency! I use it to clarify, confirm, cut to the bottom line, ask the client to claim and commit and all of this to invite the client to go deeper. The mastery of Direct Communication creates ease, flow and efficiency for both the coach and the client. The masterful coach remains respectful, and unattached to the client’s potential response while at the same time has the courage to be bold to say what needs to be said that serves the client’.
