I like to think of creating awareness as a bridge to our clients being in action. From new awareness possibilities for action emerge, possibilities that were hidden from the client before the new interpretation. So from what we learn when we are fully present, asking powerful questions and listening deeply, new awareness is created.
The client sees herself and herself in her world in a new way. And from that new view,
different actions often emerge. We'll play with this concept during our call.
Cindy Reinhardt, MCC
Cindy Reinhardt is a Newfield senior consultant, executive coach and catalyst for change, results, and growth. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and with over 25 years management and consulting experience in various organizations. Cindy’s coaching strengths include executives, professionals, and business owners in both profit and non-profit organizations; mastering change and generating new results; as well as strengthening trust, communication, and leadership of teams.
Cindy is co-author of Closing the Gap in Management: 10 Weeks to Refocus, Rebalance, Retool How You Manage. She has been an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), having received her Master Certified Coach in 1998, participating on the Board of Directors from 1997– 2001, rising to vice president in 2003, and co-chairing the third and fourth annual ICF conferences in 1998 and 1999. She serves on the ICF accreditation team.
