MCC Coaching on your virtual doorstep: Come and join in on an interactive demo from an experienced MCC mentor coach. Elizabeth has been an MCC since April 2002 and has been training and mentoring coaches for even longer and so will be bringing all of her experience in these areas to make this a very special session. During this live coaching demo Elizabeth will be interrupting the coaching with time outs to allow participants to discuss what they notice, what skills and techniques they would use, and to explore the thinking behind the choice points which always occur in coaching. Come to this session if you are open to learning, seeing new perspectives and allowing yourself to be stretched.
Elizabeth Ferguson, MCC
Elizabeth was the first European to be awarded the ICF's Professional Certified Coach designation, and became a Master Certified Coach (at the time one of only 3 in Europe) 18 months later. She has undertaken over 400 hours of coach specific training, including a post graduate diploma in Ontological Coaching, and has delivered 4000 hours of coaching. A past president of the ICF in the UK, Elizabeth's passion around standards in the coaching profession has led her to be Chair of the ICF International Credentialing Committee which is responsible for setting the standards for coaching around the world. She is also a trained assessor for the professional exam panel. Elizabeth and her team have trained and mentored over 1000 coaches world-wide and she is a recognised leader in her field.
