The coaching approach Giuseppe prefers is the one that allows his clients to discover the multiple dimensions of results: doing and being. He is willing that his clients become completely independent, for that he prefers coaching programmes that allow the client to learn “the coaching way of thinking”.
Most of the coaching programmes Giuseppe offers are developed over 5/6 months and they start facilitating the discovery of life purpose, for individual programmes, or the team purpose, for group programmes. After this important learning, that allows clients to become aware of the way they reach results and well-being, Giuseppe offers the possibility to go through an eight meetings programme, two hours for each meeting, where the client learns from his experience. At every meeting, the client defines a group of results, the most important ones for the next two weeks, and during the following meeting he learns from the experience to reach or not reach the result: it is always a winning game!
The concept of self-responsibility is the heart of the coaching Giuseppe offers and most of the learning occurs between the coaching meetings.
Obviously, it is always the client who chooses the coaching they prefer, so different coaching approaches are offered according with the client’s way of learning.

Giuseppe is the Director for Southern Europe of SUN – Success Unlimited Network L.L.C a Coach Training organisation that offers an ACTP – Accredited Coach Training Programme, and advanced training programmes for coaches all world around. A Master Certified Coach, Giuseppe is serving ICF as an assessor up to the level of MCC and also serving as a reviewer for coach training programmes accredited by ICF.
He discovered coaching when he was looking for effective ways to help people to learn, grow and to find a deeper meaning in what they do and in their lives. He worked as an HR manager for more then 10 years, then he decided to work as a coach full time, according with his life purpose. Giuseppe has offered more than 5,000 hours of coaching to individuals and groups all around Europe. At the moment, he is sharing his passion for learning, offering coaching, coach training and supervision for professional coaches in Italy, Spain, France and South America. He is a speaker in conferences and events related to the coaching in Europe and in the United States where he shares his passion for life and learning.
