‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

COACHING ON YOUR VIRTUAL DOORSTEP
Masterful Coaching in Action

This is a teledemo
with Margaret Krigbaum, MCC
on Tuesday 17th June 2008 at 8pm UK time

This truly inspirational coach brings all of her vast experience, her knowledge and expertise yet retains a beginner's mind, a total curiosity as to where her client is and where her client might like to be. She delights in not knowing and holding a space in which her client can create the playground in which to play. Join Margaret and her client and observe where magic happens. How magical thinking shifts clients dramatically and significantly if they choose to do so.

Margaret Krigbaum, MCC

After 11 years in private law practice, Margaret made the transition into coaching in late 1994. She coaches extensively in change management, career transition, business development, organisational and team development and helping individuals find their creative passion. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, regional and local companies, senior executives, and professionals. Her client base extends throughout the United States and to Europe and Asia. She currently coaches individual and team clients in twelve countries.

Margaret is immediate past chair of the ICF’s Application Review Committee, past Co-Chair of its Credentialing and Continuing Education Committee, co-chaired the Beyond Mastery track at the 2003 ICF convention, chaired the Coaching Tools programme at the 2000 convention, and was a member of the ICF’s Strategic Planning Committee. She is the recipient of the ICF’s Jennifer White Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Coaching Profession. She is also a senior coach with LBF Intercoach, Inc.
