What our UK members say:

'Professional standards are vital to the standing and credibility of Coaching as an emerging profession. The ICF is the only independent professional body with a track record of accrediting coaches to these rigorous standards and at a variety of levels. So I am proud to be designated a Master Coach by the ICF and consider it my responsibility to myself and my clients ( national and international, corporate and personal) to ensure that I continue to operate at that level......luckily the ICF makes sure I do that!'

COACHING ON YOUR VIRTUAL DOORSTEP
Masterful Coaching in Action

This is a teledemo
with Philip Brew, MCC
on Tuesday 19th February 2008 at 8pm UK time

Having had the priviledge and pleasure of watching this Master Certified Coach in action at the 2006 ICF Global Conference it was a given that Philip would be one of the MCCs in action coaching on our virtual doorstep. It was a great learning experience to observe how he used the second Core Competency – Establishing the Coaching Agreement to frame the whole session. What will show up in Philip’s demo on the 19th February? Join us for an hour of richness and different perspectives.

Philip Brew, MCC

Philip is a Master Certified Coach, and past Co-President of the UK ICF. With 20 years in professional and personal development as a trainer, group facilitator, therapist and coach, since 1996 he has worked solely as an independent executive coach, primarily in the corporate sector but also with private clients, in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. Passionate about excellence in coaching, and the development of the profession, he runs an ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme (www.coachingdevelopment.com) and provides supervision and mentoring for coaches. Philip is currently a Director of the ICF Global Board and an assessor with the ICF Application Review team.
