Sabine will offer us two options as well as an opportunity to combine them:- to coach for an hour according to a methodology she has created, which is inspired by the groups of co-development (click here for more information on the Click here to download Elusis Solution Tanks)
- for Sabine to coach for about 45 minutes inviting you to intervene through questions, comments, discussions so as to enable the client to create his/her own way.
Sabine is a German living in France. She is a Coach and Consultant dedicated to developing multicultural organisations & teams, emerging leaders and women in leading positions
She works all across Europe in 3 languages - French, English, and German.
Sabine Henrichfreise MCC
Sabine Henrichfreise has a 6 years business experience within a world-wide company based in France first as Legal Director (in charge of legal business aspects, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures), then as Director for Career Management (1000 managers & experts in Germany, France, Spain, China, Mexico and USA). She has acquired extensive experience of all aspects of merger processes, co-operation issues and transcultural leadership completed with her latest business experience as "Co-operation Manager" in charge of intercultural diversity projects in Europe and the USA.
She has been Consultant and Coach for the last 7 years, developing her expertise in transcultural relationship management, collective intelligence & creative chaos and executive coaching. Additionally, she acquired a specific know-how in coaching women in leading positions.
Based on her conviction that managing differences, connecting people and bridging cultures is a major key to success, she created philena, her own consulting and coaching company in 2003, dedicated to developing multicultural organisations & teams, international executives and leading women by strengthening their capacity to create significant breakthroughs and to lead collectively.
She is co-founder of the innovative concept of Tandem Coaching™, approach with two coaches (man and woman of different nationalities) that dramatically enriches the efficiency of coaching and she created the Elusis Solution Tanks™ where peers are coaching peers to create new solutions to real business challenges in real time.
She has PhD in law, has practiced at the court of justice in Cologne (Germany) and Paris (France). She has additional training in Management, large group interventions (Open Space, World Café…) and is currently involved in “Think Tanks” focusing on “collective intelligence”. Appreciated by its clients and peers as source of creativity and energy she is always searching for new combinations and interactions. Committed to the values of sharing and connecting, she is driven by two personal beliefs: “future is born in networks of human conversation” and “the impossible becomes possible when collective intelligence is at work”.
She is the French partner of the European Institute for Managing Diversity, based in Barcelona, MCC member of ICF France (International Coaching Federation), member of the Steering Committee of the 2008 International ICF Coaching Conference and member of EPWN (European Paris Professional Women’s Network). She is an active partner of different leaning networks where she explores the fields of collective intelligence, creative leading and masterful dialogue. She intervenes for various European Business Schools created and runs modules called “Towards cross-cultural coaching” within various well known coaching training firms such as the HEC School of Management and International Mozaik. In addition she is a visiting coach at INSEAD and co-author of the book “Coaching des organisation” to be published in March 2008.
