Sonia Sinisterra, PCC
Sonia is a senior consultant and executive coach who specialises in assignments for multinational corporations. Her career includes organisational consulting, organisational development, and executive coaching assignments in nearly every Latin American country.
Her background in organisational development has made her a valuable consultant and coach when organisations are looking to build teams, design change management programmes, and assess and lead executive team development.
Sonia is bilingual in English and Spanish and a native of Colombia. She has lived, travelled, and worked throughout Latin America and the United States. Her B.S. in Industrial Psychology is from Los Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia. She completed studies in Industrial Relations and Organisational Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Sonia, a PCC with the ICF, has certifications as a professional coach from The Coaches Training Institute and in Organisational Development from Georgetown University; she is co founder and head of Coaching Hall International (CHI), an organisation focused in training and developing professional coaches and executives that want to evolve in their role as coaches - CHI is the first ACTP programme accredited by the International Coach Federation in Colombia. She served as a member of ICF’s Education Committee for the 2007 ICF conference, responsible of the Executive Coaching Education Track. She resides in Bogotá, Colombia.
