Terrie brings her ontological training as a coach to work with participants on the call to offer another lens in which to look at and experience the power of coaching.



Terri Lupberger, MCC

Terrie Lupberger is CEO of the Newfield Network, Inc., an international organization that creates programmes for individuals and organisations in which they learn to navigate the global, complex issues they are facing. Terrie has been a Master Certified Coach since 2001 and specialises in coaching women leaders.

Terrie is a former board member of the International Coach Federation and currently is
on the Advisory Board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organisations.

Terrie’s earlier career was spent working at the US Department of the Treasury, where
she was a senior financial systems analyst and later she worked as a Senior Manager
with the U.S. Courts, helping to improve the operations of the District and Circuit court
system.
