‘I love the opportunity to be accredited by an independent body which qualifies coaches to the very highest standards. This means that clients truly know that coaches who meet the ICF’s quality measure really are up to the job. This will do much for the future of our profession and for me as a professional.’

DIVING CLEANLY INTO THE PCC:
Professional competency at its best

This is a Telediscussion
with Pamela Richarde, MCC
on Monday 12th May 2008 at 8pm UK time

Pamela will be discussing the journey from Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) or not having a credential, to achieving the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. The technical details, the way of being required and the process will be explored and clarified. Bring your questions!

Pamela Richarde, MCC

Dedicated to life-long learning, and passionate about delving into 'unknown' territories, Pamela's work over the years has taken her around the world, exploring culture, language, education, philosophy, spirituality and the arts. An educator for over 25 years, and a Trainer and Professional Coach for the last 15, she is also the former Chief Operations Officer and VP of Coach U, Inc. A cross section of Pamela’s formal studies includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic University and a Masters degree from California State University Fullerton in Performing Arts.

An experienced executive, Pamela is also competent in developing curriculum, articulation standards and matriculation policies. One of her contributions in this area to the profession of coaching is her work with colleagues in the development of the standards, ethics, competencies and certification process exams for the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Credentialing and Accreditation process. Pamela is recognised as a Master Certified Coach by the ICF and serves as a Past President of that organisation. Presently, she is working on a doctorate in Human and Organiational Systems with Fielding Graduate University.
