‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

invites you to delve again

INSIDE THE ASSESSORS HEAD
- and discover what that exam is really like

This is part 2 of the teleseminar double bill
with Alix von Uhde, MCC and Peter Szabó, MCC
on Thursday 18th September 2008 at 12:00 - 1:30pm UK time

Experience a live oral ICF coaching exam between a certification candidate and Alix von Uhde and Peter Szabó as assessors. What a fabulous opportunity is being offered here to get inside the assessment process.

Do these questions resonate with you?
  • have you ever been wondering what an oral assessment is really like?

  • are you curious to hear what goes on in the ICF assessor’s head?

  • do you want to learn how the core competencies become observable within an actual coaching conversation?

If yes then sign up immediately and join in the experience outlined below.

The plan for the 90 minute call is as follows:
  • Welcome and choose one or two competencies to specifically listen to

  • Introduction and welcome for oral exam candidate

  • Live coaching by candidate

  • Wrap up for exam candidate

  • Obsevered core competencies and scoring reflections by assessors

  • Wrap-up for listeners: what am I taking away?

What you'll get out of this session:
  • a clear idea of what to look for in preparing for the oral part of your ICF certification (tape and oral)

  • confidence and security that assessors provide a wonderful learning platform reinforcing what is there and offering useful thoughts for further development

  • some practical ideas for your own learning as a coach
