‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

DON’T JUST APPLY FOR YOUR MCC

This is a telediscussion with Elizabeth Ferguson, MCC
on Monday 27th October 2008 at 12pm UK time

Becoming an MCC can be so much more than simply a process.
In this teleconference call we shall explore what mastery can mean for you as a coach, a business owner and a professional.

Come and join the debate about what mastery really is and how you make that very personal transition to your own mastery.

During the session there will be an opportunity to ask specific questions about the MCC credential, but please come with the intention of sharing and giving to the group as well as taking from the group – mastery in action.

Elizabeth Ferguson, MCC

Elizabeth was the first European to be awarded the ICF's Professional Certified Coach designation, and became a Master Certified Coach (at the time one of only 3 in Europe) 18 months later. She has undertaken over 400 hours of coach specific training, including a post graduate diploma in Ontological Coaching, and has delivered 4000 hours of coaching. A past president of the ICF in the UK, Elizabeth's passion around standards in the coaching profession has led her to be Chair of the ICF International Credentialing Committee which is responsible for setting the standards for coaching around the world. She is also a trained assessor for the professional exam panel. Elizabeth and her team have trained and mentored over 1000 coaches world-wide and she is a recognised leader in her field.

This Telediscussion will give you 1 CCEU.
