‘It’s important to me that I’m connected to (and accredited by) the most respected body in coaching worldwide. I have clients from all over the world and I believe it means something to them too. In addition, professionalising the profession is something all coaches should be committed to and this is one way of enacting that.’

My Way: Richard’s Story

This is a telediscussion
with Richard Bentley, PCC
on Wednesday 2nd July 2008 at 12pm UK time

As we know from coaching, each individual is unique. So what can we learn from each other’s stories about what has and hasn’t worked in setting up our coaching practices. Richard Bentley, who now works as a leadership and team coach, as well as a director of ACTP coach training provider, Results Coaching Systems, shares the story of his own journey into coaching over the past eight years to kick start the conversation.

Richard Bentley, PCC

Richard is an ICF Global Board Director and Coaching Solutions Director with Results Coaching Systems (Europe). Richard trained with CTI as a co-active coach in 2000 and followed this up with further training in the use of Results Coaching Systems' goal-focused and brain-based coaching methodologies.
He ran his own corporate communications business for 18 years and worked as a relationship counsellor. In his current role with Results Coaching Systems he has trained nearly 300 individuals in coaching skills and has been leading several projects introducing coaching cultures to a wide range of organizations.

This Telediscussion will give you 1 CCEU hour.
