Part 3: Happy Endings - Moving it on

UK ICF
Professional Development,
as part of the Advanced Coaching Series – Moving Towards Mastery
invites PCC’s and MCC’s to explore
Happy Endings – Moving it on
This is a teleseries (you can only book the series)
with Elizabeth Ferguson, MCC
on Monday 9th June 2008 at 12:00pm UK time

This series of 3 teleclasses has been created especially for experienced PCC and MCC coaches who are keen to deepen coaching skills as they continue their journey towards coaching mastery. In ICF terms, as a coach moves from their ACC credential through PCC to MCC the level of expertise required is measured, not in terms of ever more difficult skills or clever techniques, but in terms of the depth the coach can go to with a client to get to the real issues and the sustainability of the shifts that the client can create. With this in mind, these sessions are not about gathering lots of new skills, but exploring where you are and how you can make a step change to go deeper and move your coaching to a new level.
In any gripping story, there is a beginning, a middle, and an end, and so it is with Advanced Coaching - Moving Towards Mastery
Coaching is only as powerful as the impact it has on the client.
This session investigates what mastery in Creating Awareness and Planning and Goal Setting might look like. How creative are you at pulling together the threads of your wisdom about your client? In what ways do you trust your client - and do they know? Throughout we shall have the opportunity to challenge ourselves to be honest about how much attention we give this phase of the coaching conversation compared to other areas. During the session we shall linking our conversation to the ICF definitions for MCC level coaching and how we can make a step change in this phase of our coaching conversations. As this is about happy endings participants will also have the chance to share their own personal development goals as a result of this Advanced Coaching series.
