Ellen Fredericks, MCC


Ellen Fredericks, Master Certified Coach, is a recognized expert in leadership and executive development, supporting clients to take their individual and team performance to the next level. Since 1998, Ellen has been an executive coach and consultant for Fortune 100 companies, such as Merck, Novartis, Schering Plough, AT&T and Prudential. Prior to becoming a coach, Ellen spent 20+ years as an executive, leader and manager responsible for start up and turnaround situations, and managing multi-million dollar product portfolios and budgets.

Ellen holds a Master’s Degree in Management and attended executive education programs at Duke University and Arizona State University. She has been a featured leadership expert at monster.com and is a contributing author to the ASTD published book, “Coaching for Extraordinary Results”.
