‘I love the opportunity to be accredited by an independent body which qualifies coaches to the very highest standards. This means that clients truly know that coaches who meet the ICF’s quality measure really are up to the job. This will do much for the future of our profession and for me as a professional.’

THE FUTURE OF COACHING
- an inspirational springboard for 2007

This is a Mastery in Coaching Teleforum
with Steve Mitten
on Tuesday 16th January 2007 at 8pm

Steve Mitten MCC, 2005 ICF President, shares his views on the opportunities, market potential, and significant challenges facing the coaching profession. Having talked to thousands of coaches, trainers, researchers, and clients, Steve addresses whether coaching is a fad, or a powerful, organic response to what is happening in the hearts of organizations, businesses and individual’s lives.

By the end of the hour you will have explored
  • what makes coaching unique and why that is

  • how big the markets are

  • challenges that are real and what we do or can be done about them

  • Steve asserts that it isn't coincidence that Coaching has appeared in the world right here right now; that it is around elevating consciousness. This session will offer a snapshot; highlight potential; spotlight challenges and consider ways to move.

This is a start to the year to be certainly taken advantage of and to use to set the level of your coaching for the whole year.
