Henley are looking for someone with outstanding facilitation skills, who is able to work with their senior leader clients and deliver coach training to ICF competences. It is a role that is specifically focused towards an ICF accredited coach – ACC credentialed or above.
The typical students are senior managers looking for career change to coaching, and numbers are around 40-50 students each year. The person will need to possess an ability to teach a wider range of topics, such as leadership and self-reflection. They will also need to have a profile in coaching, meaning they can contribute to the development of the profession through articles and presentations at events.
