Summary:

When our clients are crushed by criticism or dependent on praise, it’s impossible for them to innovate, do courageous work, or reach their biggest goals.

What would your clients be doing if they were less worried about criticism that might come with their next move? What if you could help them find faster progress toward their authentic, game-changing work? And what would you be doing differently in your own career if you were less worried about what other people think?

Enhance your coaching skills in this critical area.
Help your clients incorporate feedback — but not go on an emotional rollercoaster ride with it.

In this interactive webinar with women’s leadership expert and author of Playing Big, Tara Mohr, you’ll learn

• How to recognize the hard-to-detect ways that attachment to praise and avoidance of criticism show up in people’s lives and careers, so you can help your clients navigate beyond them

• Six factors – historical, cultural and physiological – that cause us to get hooked by praise and criticism, and how to talk about this important context with your clients

• Three transformational coaching tools for helping clients interpret and utilize feedback

Tara Mohr’s unique coaching approach on this topic has been recognized widely by publications ranging from goop to Harvard Business Review, and was the subject of her New York Times editorial. It’s also an integral part of the internationally acclaimed Playing Big Facilitators Training.
