In this 3-part series on Mining the Potential of Teams through Team Coaching, we will examine some of the concepts that we find most useful in team coaching. We will explore ideas on what makes a team ‘a team’, and aspects that contribute towards team effectiveness.

We will share our ideas on Team Coaching Systems and what team coaching looks like over time.  We will also look at the role of ‘team coach’ and how this is brought to live through Team Coaching Competencies. We will also explore how the role of team coach shifts over time. Additionally we will discuss how to prepare the ground for team coaching to enable maximum impact.

Our approach will be informative, practical and interactive.  We will share our own experience as team coaches, where applicable and can also explore any live issues that are arising in your work as team coaches.

Your Speaker: Georgina Woudstra, MCC and guest Annie Bennett

Georgina Woudstra, MCC is a successful executive coach and the principal and founder of the Executive Coach Studio, an organization that supports coaches in deepening their learning and in developing coach mastery. Their flagship programme is the ECS Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery.

Georgina has been coaching chief executives, senior leaders and executive teams for 25 years. She is described by clients as having “strong presence and credibility”, as being “experienced and wise” and a coach who “has extraordinary empathy” allowing her to be “challenging but gentle”. Georgina is a successful entrepreneur in her own right, a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and co-author of ‘Coaching Global Top Teams’ in Leadership Coaching: Working with Leaders to Develop Elite Performance (Kogan Page). She holds many coaching qualifications including an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mastery from ITS, a Diploma in Transactional Analysis and a Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants from Bath Consultancy Group.

Annie Bennett

Annie is a team and executive coach. She provides supervision for coaches working with both teams and individuals. Over the past 20 years, she has worked as a professional coach and facilitator, working with clients from senior executive to high potential junior talent, both individually, in cohorts and teams, and from a wide range of sectors. She draws on this experience in her supervision work.

Before working as a coach, Annie started her career in education, teaching languages to adults and teenagers. She then worked internationally for a major engineering company at senior level providing Organisational
Development, Leadership Development and Coaching support. Whilst working as a coach, Annie has gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling and Consultancy from Birkbeck, a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes, a Certificate in Coach Supervision from Barefoot Coaching and a Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery from Executive Coach Studio.

Annie has a warm, supportive, yet challenging style, creating a safe space for her clients to reflect, reframe and grow. Her clients say that they really enjoy working with her, taking the time to stand back, breathe, and possibly
have a little fun along the way….

The UK ICF reserves the right to cancel a webinar due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UKICF cancels a webinar, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new or an alternative webinar.

For webinar cancellation by participant the deadline to receive a refund for a webinar is 5 business days before the webinar. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a £5 service fee to cover our costs.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
