Summary of Webinar:

Our experience of training coaches and supervisors is that they find being masterful in direct communication challenging.  We believe that with robust training, practice and reflection we can give feedback using direct communication to support client growth. In this webinar Colin Brett and Sandra Wilson will discuss the concept of direct communication and how to become masterful in delivering feedback in a direct yet respectful way.

Sandra Wilson has a Professional Doctorate in Coaching Psychology and is a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst (Organisational).  Sandra works as a coaching strategist, coach trainer and coach supervisor.  She is particularly interested in how the unconscious mind influences our relationships and our professional practice.

Cancellation Policy for Webinars

The UK ICF reserves the right to cancel a webinar due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UKICF cancels a webinar, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new or an alternative webinar.

For webinar cancellation by participant the deadline to receive a refund for a webinar is 5 business days before the webinar. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a £5 service fee to cover our costs.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
