Are you already experience in working with teams and want to take your work to the next level? Can you already prepare a team for coaching and help a team launch? Do you wonder what next?
Yes? Then we will take you on a journey of experience, team coaching practice and reflection. Transformational leaning happens fresh, live and in the moment. The workshop involves using your whole self, going beyond pre-prepared structure and technique towards emergence.
At the centre of the artists palette are the ECS Team Coaching Competencies of Signature Presence and Use of Self as an instrument. Experience for yourself the power of these in action.
The workshop is structured around simulations based on real-life teams. Learning will happen through your own practice (individual and paired) and through observation and reflection.
- Learn team coaching competencies and begin putting them into practice
- Connect with your inner world of thoughts, feelings, energy, symbol and sensation
- Connect with the field of in which you are working
- Hold the space and contain discomfort within yourself and the team
- Be more aware of your own presence and make use of it in service of the team
