The objective of the four sessions is to introduce you to three tools:

  1. Business Model Canvas: We use this tool to help you map out and understand the big picture of how your practice creates, delivers, and captures value. We explore together how all the pieces connect to tell a story.
  2. Value Proposition Canvas:We introduce you to the basics of the Value Proposition Canvas and how the tool can help you tell a story about the value your coaching createsfor clients.
  3. Business Model Environment: Business models are designed and executed in within certain environments. Developing a good understanding of your Coaching practice’s environment helps you conceive stronger, more competitive business models

Your Speaker: Kaveh Mir, PCC 

Kaveh works as an independent consultant/coach with Leaders and Organisations implementing Change and Business Growth using Positive Behaviour Change, Authentic Leadership and Psychology Capital. Kaveh’s methodology follows the four foundational knowledge traditions of coaching: Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, Linguistics and Neuroscience.

Kaveh was CEO of software house acquired from a management buyout from 3is and then CEO of an environmental consultancy operating in the UK and the Middle East. Kaveh is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF, Fellow of Institute of Director and member of British Psychology Society and CIPD. He has Master in Human-Computer Interaction, Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and completing his Master of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. Since 2013 Kaveh has been an expert keynote speaker in Leadership, Change and Social psychology with Persian TV broadcasting from the UK and author of book Wars at Work published in 2012.

Cancellation Policy for Webinars

The UK ICF reserves the right to cancel a webinar due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UKICF cancels a webinar, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new or an alternative webinar.

For webinar cancellation by participant the deadline to receive a refund for a webinar is 5 business days before the webinar. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a £5 service fee to cover our costs.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all UK ICF Webinars unless otherwise noted in the corresponding webinar marketing information.
