Having mined our confidential research on the coaching we have done with over 25,000 clients, we noticed that there are 12 key attitude shifts that emerge over and over again which fit into a simple framework.
We will walk through the main attitude shifts and situate them within a wider framework.
Will also look at what some of the great thinkers of leadership and development are saying about the future of leadership (e.g. Senge, Assagioli, Torbert, Pousner and Kouzes) and how this aligns with the framework.
We will look at how this can help with our coaching.
