Live Event: Team Coaching Special Interest Group

Team Coaching Core Competencies – To Be, To Know, To Do

With Guest Speaker Georgina Woudstra, MCC

Team Coaching SIG, UK ICF – our first in-person meeting in London!

After our first TEAM COACHING Special Interest Group (SIG) Webinar in July 2017 (online) about ‘What is team coaching?’ and ‘What is our SIG vision and mission?’ we want to announce our first face to face event in London.

Besides networking with colleagues in an inspiring environment of the London Canal Museum, which is located in the heart of London, we want to explore the topic of competencies for team coaching. So far team coaching practitioners and researchers have made suggestions but nothing is formalised in the relevant coaching associations. We want to start initiating a process among interested colleagues to support ICF UK to identify appropriate TEAM COACHING COMPETENCES. This might help for professionalising the field and provide ideas for a focused learning and accreditation pathway.
