Leadership development through coaching is starting to show some patterns in the kinds of shifts that leaders are making to meet the context of our current world. What are some of the patterns we are seeing as an organisation that coaches leaders?
Having mined our confidential research on the coaching we have done with over 25,000 clients, we noticed that there are 12 key attitude shifts that emerge over and over again which fit into a simple framework.
We will walk through the main attitude shifts and situate them within a wider framework.
Will also look at what some of the great thinkers of leadership and development are saying about the future of leadership (e.g. Senge, Assagioli, Torbert, Pousner and Kouzes) and how this aligns with the framework
We will look at how this can help with our coaching.

Your Presenter – Karim Hirani
Karim Hirani is an experienced executive coach, researcher in human consciousness and development, and a trainer. He is currently Global Head of Learning and Development within Coach in a Box, one of the largest coaching providers globally. He has coached for nine years across all levels, up to and including Director and Executive Level, is a facilitator of leadership development workshops and professional coaching supervisor. His career began in banking and mathematics, including authoring nine books with Pearson Education. He has a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology. He is both ICF trained and has completed an EMCC accredited Supervision training with the Bath Consultancy Group in the UK.
