Philosophy and style of coaching: My background is in senior management, where I worked in operational and strategic roles and in training and developing people. This experience allows me to coach my executive and business clients in a lively, creative and purposeful way whilst understanding well the challenges of business life. I have an authentic, intuitive style, bringing all of myself to coaching sessions, to allow my client the space to do the same. Ultimately, I’m interested in what we may become when we embrace all that we are.
Philosophy and style of coaching: Hélène conducts individual and team coaching programs for senior and higher middle management of international organizations. She has extensive experience working in multicultural contexts for C-suite leaders, women leaders, and expatriates in the financial services, professional services, consumer products, oil & gas, government, NGOs and the United Nations. Hélène’s coaching approach is grounded in a rigorous assessment of the leader’s style and strengths including the use of psychometrics, 360 and shadowing. The client is invited to contract on the outcome of the coaching (most likely in the form of a leadership development plan) with the support of at least two stakeholders, usually the direct supervisor (or Board Chair) and HR peer, and sometimes the mentor. The coaching is structured as a space to reflect on the implementation of the plan, and may include team coaching sessions. Stakeholders come back at mid-point to reflect on the progress made and at the end to measure the success of the coaching process.

Philosophy and style of coaching: I love to craft industrious and dynamic coaching partnerships with individuals who yearn for more and desire balance within their work and life. Every client experience is individually tailored to accommodate personal preference, purpose and desired outcomes. The two universal threads frequently observed by my clients is a deep inner resolve to achieve more in their lives and a solid commitment to invest necessary resources to shape a successful future. Our coaching partnership together draws on areas of knowledge and skills from performance psychology, neuroscience, NLP, positive psychology, mindfulness and behaviour modelling. Client feedback focuses on silence and powerful questions to raise awareness and create new strategies. I initially developed my valuable coaching experience from my military career, and then further advanced my knowledge working on a variety of international multi-cultural learning and development projects.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I first came to appreciate the value of coaching through my own personal experience of being coached. At the time (2000) I was serving on the board - and leading one of the business units - of FCO Services, a big public sector service organisation which was contemplating a radical transformation of its business, including a move to Agency status. As part of making myself as fit as possible to lead this transformation I began working with an executive coach. The experience was so valuable - in terms of the quality of my own life, as well as the better results I was able to deliver for the business - that I undertook to train as a coach myself, initially with the simple aim of understanding the process, and giving myself the skills to support my own team in the same way ... however it grew from there!
Philosophy and style of coaching: Clients come to me for a variety of reasons: to help them succeed at work or in their personal life, or because they are facing change and would like to explore their options and make the most of opportunities. I get results by truly listening, supporting, challenging appropriately and walking alongside clients as they become the best they can be. I have worked with employees at all levels across the not for profit sector and the creative industries, particularly around challenging relationships and contexts. I have 15 years experience of working within charities, in Learning & Development and fundraising roles. I also work with private clients who are often experiencing career transition such a redundancy or return to work following extended leave.
Philosophy and style of coaching: My approach combines warmth and sensitivity, with robustness and clear insight – enabling clients to relax into the work, gain insights, and take courage to get into action, whatever that might be. My particular strength is in working intuitively with what's alive for clients in the moment – in mind and body – helping to access deeper drives and values, and then to work creatively with these. To this end, as a long-time mindfulness practitioner and teacher, the main enquiry in my coaching work is about where the attention is being placed, for what reasons and to what effect. The cornerstone of my approach is a fundamental belief that all people have an innate tendency towards positive change when two primary conditions are in place: awareness and compassion.

Plus coaching comes very naturally to me both in setting a very safe and trusting environment and in creating amazing results. I just love to help people and to see them living happy and fulfilled lives. I weave my 24 year mindfulness practice, my work with mentors and teachers, my business background in marketing, and my training as an accredited coach to create powerful coaching sessions that are results driven, inspiring and fun.
