Philosophy and style of coaching: I support senior leaders and their teams to reach their goals with confidence and competence.I have worked as a professional coach, mentor and consultant for 15 years and prior to this I worked at a senior leadership level in business. I coach with directness, clarity and humour and help my clients to build their confidence, find solutions and develop a clear and realistic plan to achieve their goals.
Philosophy and style of coaching: The root of all coaching issues, it seems to me, stems from how we manage our mind. My offering is Mindfulness Coaching for both personal and professional life. Clients who most value this style of coaching tend to be in transition and breaking through to a new way of being and knowing themselves. The value comes from coaching questions that pin point the nub of the issue and offers a wide variety of mindfulness practices. I also use HeartMath biofeedback as an integral parts of the coaching.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I help clients develop mindful, positive and compassionate personal and professional leadership in order to be significantly more effective in creating a purposeful life and organisation. I work with my clients to facilitate greater self-awareness and a change in mindset and beliefs so they can lead from their heart and intuition as well as head.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I work with individuals facing challenges, in there business, personal lives or both. I have specific interest in business. leadership, behaviours, career planning & transition. I also specialise in Coping with Loss and Coaching Parents. I offer high levels of both support & challenge to enable significant & transformational change to occur.
Philosophy and style of coaching: Executive Coach working with the whole person, drawing on Gestalt, Somatic & Psychosynthesis to name a few. I bring myself in as a yoga & meditation teacher whenever possible. As stress is held in the body, I do not think that true transformation can take place unless I work with the body.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I love the opportunity to work with people to support them to think for themselves & uncover new possibilities for their lives. Lots of experience 1to1 & with teams/groups. Have a pragmatic approach, whilst encouraging access to high level thinking, radical ideas etc. Really get leadership & coaching plus the way it combines. I believe that purpose, identity & values are crucial considerations for individuals & orgs. Love the concept of building 'social capital' to create solutions to the seemingly unsolvable.
Philosophy and style of coaching: Clients come to me for a variety of reasons: to help them succeed at work or in their personal life, or because they are facing change and would like to explore their options and make the most of opportunities. I get results by truly listening, supporting, challenging appropriately and walking alongside clients as they become the best they can be. I have worked with employees at all levels across the not for profit sector and the creative industries, particularly around challenging relationships and contexts. I have 15 years experience of working within charities, in Learning & Development and fundraising roles. I also work with private clients who are often experiencing career transition such a redundancy or return to work following extended leave.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I offer coaching based not just on research and qualifications but also personal experience. I have created and experienced many different changes in my life, simple and complex, easy and difficult, and I see coaching as a way of teaching people skills and insights to be more resourceful through life's ups and downs - the everyday frustrations as well as the big challenges and aspirations.
