Philosophy and style of coaching: My coaching style is founded on my belief in the resourcefulness of the client. I am an honest, creative and positive person who works in partnership with my clients. I support and challenge them to take ownership of their personal and professional development - tackling issues such as motivation, resilience and self management. I am committed to helping people tell their own story in the most impactful way possible by working with both the behaviours we display publicly and the internal motivators and inhibitors that help or prevent us being our best selves.

This offers both an impartial sounding board and confidential, exploratory conditions for clients to reflect and develop clarity, confidence, actions and change. I am passionate about each individual’s ability to ‘make a difference’ by performing at their best, and also how teams can work and collaborate more effectively together. Based in Wiltshire, I work mostly in London with senior corporate executives, face-to-face, and also offer phone/skype coaching.
