Philosophy and style of coaching: I first came to appreciate the value of coaching through my own personal experience of being coached. At the time (2000) I was serving on the board - and leading one of the business units - of FCO Services, a big public sector service organisation which was contemplating a radical transformation of its business, including a move to Agency status. As part of making myself as fit as possible to lead this transformation I began working with an executive coach. The experience was so valuable - in terms of the quality of my own life, as well as the better results I was able to deliver for the business - that I undertook to train as a coach myself, initially with the simple aim of understanding the process, and giving myself the skills to support my own team in the same way ... however it grew from there!

Philosophy and style of coaching: I believe we are all more resourceful than we think and that coaching can help us realise our potential. Often we are hampered by limiting beliefs and fears. Philosophy and style of coaching: Two things are at the heart of my coaching: a belief that we are all capable of more than we think; and deep fulfilment at seeing people realise that. When I coach, I build with you a supportive and safe place from where we can work creatively and innovatively. My only goal when I am with a client is to see you discover and harness the resources you have within yourself and achieve whatever it is you want.I am used to working in challenging environments requiring discretion and high levels of integrity. You can be sure that I will hold the content of our coaching sessions confidential, between us and us alone.
Philosophy and style of coaching: Bringing out the best in people, organisations and society has been at the heart of my work for as long as I can remember. This is all about co-creation; stretching beyond what we think is possible, challenging mindsets, being curious, clarifying goals, exploring what it means to be ‘purpose driven’ and perhaps more than all these, being willing to ‘discover the way by walking it’. I coach leaders at a crossroads or in transition. I have been coaching at senior levels for over 15 years. The executives I work with confront complex issues; how to develop responsible business practices and act with integrity, improve staff engagement and retention; become more resilient, self aware and adaptable, as well as maintain a competitive advantage and deliver financial results. I also coach those transitioning from management to leadership roles who need to develop leadership capability; cultivate self awareness, understand their impact on others, address skills gaps, learn to see the ‘big picture’ and develop systemic thinking. I also supervise professional coaches. I have over 20 years experience in supervision and delivering quality assurance for training and coaching programmes.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I am a skilled and knowledgable coach with a background in finance, learning and development, and the performing arts. My style of coaching seeks to develop, guide and motivate clients to perform at their optimum ability, both in their personal and professional roles, within the context of their industry. The facilitation approach that I use seeks to form a relationship that will stimulate your own potential to change, strengthen and succeed. Sessions are designed to empower, stimulate and relax, whilst maintaining an approach that can be challenging and difficult, in order to stretch you out of your comfort zone. At the core of my ability to work with people is my capacity for empathetic listening and a warm sense of humour. I am devoted to helping people and I gain a huge sense of satisfaction and joy from enabling people to move towards adventure and happiness in their lives. Personal Development and Personal Effectiveness go hand in hand and I offer the tools with which clients can tap into their inner resources so they can deliver at their very best. When working with me you will build awareness and confidence to access your potential and create impact. If you lack focus, ambition, feel stuck, isolated or under pressure, my coaching style will allow you to explore options in a safe environment so that you can discover the possibilities you have for change and adventure. With my encouragement, clarity, warmth and concise feedback, I can help you define practical and achievable career goals and make them a reality.
Philosophy and style of coaching: Clients come to me for a variety of reasons: to help them succeed at work or in their personal life, or because they are facing change and would like to explore their options and make the most of opportunities. I get results by truly listening, supporting, challenging appropriately and walking alongside clients as they become the best they can be. I have worked with employees at all levels across the not for profit sector and the creative industries, particularly around challenging relationships and contexts. I have 15 years experience of working within charities, in Learning & Development and fundraising roles. I also work with private clients who are often experiencing career transition such a redundancy or return to work following extended leave.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I have a life-long interest in human motivation and behaviour. In part this is due to my childhood background; from an early age travelling between West Africa and England, I was very aware of cultural and behavioural differences and the need to establish Identity and a role within groups. I hold a firm conviction that our most worthwhile pursuit is to nurture, develop and engineer human potential and knowledge. Good leadership is vital in these times and coaching is an incredible resource and support for developing leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others towards worthwhile goals.I especially value and appreciate the dynamism of coaching, in contrast to eg training and consultancy, to produce long-lasting results quickly. I specialise in supporting people to develop their leadership skills, communication skills and “presence” / power to motivate others. I bring much experience to my coaching of working with leaders at all levels of development and stages of their career.I am very person-centred in my interests, approach and strengths. My previous careers have all been in the field of Learning & Development. Coaching and facilitating with a “coach-approach”. I have been very successful in integrating creative techniques and approaches into traditional coaching models which brings extra value and support to my clients. At a personal level, the profession of coaching allows me to honour my personal values of Contribution and Service.
Philosophy and style of coaching: In addition to my work as a personal and executive coach, I work with new, developing and experienced coaches - including internal coaches - mentoring and supervising their work with coachees and clients. Through this deep and focused reflective practice, coaches develop their authentic presence and skilfulness so that they coach more effectively and with ease, naturalness and confidence.
Philosophy and style of coaching: I have a natural intuitive approach using curiosity as my guide for coaching and transformation. I engage and coach clients to use all aspects of themselves mind, body and spirit, giving my clients the best opportunity for fully integrated learning and self awareness from where more authentic and sustainable change can take place. One to one coaching starts with a "chemistry session" so that we know that we can work together. Any organisational or team coaching has to be agreed and usually starts with a meeting at a mutually agreeable venue. I have enough experience to coach a variety of agenda although my passion is very much on developing authentic and great leaders, changing education and health globally. I bring a unique mix of mindfulness, Cognitive Therapy (CBT)and Transactional Analysis (TA) in my coaching and mentoring whilst using the powerful Co-Active Approach in all my coaching
