Maidenhead Coaching Group

Maidenhead coaching group is the place where people with a passion for coaching come to network, grow and be supported.

–          Whilst the group has an ICF title the beauty of the group will be that we will come from potentially different coaching schools and we can share our different models, ethics, standards and competencies

–          Attendees can include people simply curious about coaching, new coaches as well as very well established & experienced coaches.

–          Meet ups on the second Monday of every month from 11.30am-1.30pm

–          Venue ideas are welcomed? I wondered about Workspot as a potential option

–          Price to come along would be about £10 booked in advance and would be to cover the venue costs and any refreshments or materials (bring along your own lunch type idea)

–          There is no requirement to be an ICF member (apart from the group lead and I am already an ICF member)

–          The structure of session could be as follows – I am totally up for suggestions though:

  • 11.30-12.00 register and grab refreshment / intros and what’s been happening for you in the month just gone
  • 12.00-12.45 content/session
  • 12.45-1.30 peer coaching and observation

–          In terms of the content piece we could each take a session each month – ideas could include sharing a recent book you have read, a recent workshop you have attended, a model you use in coaching. In addition I have access to a range of ICF webinars which are brilliant and we could watch these in advance of the session and then discuss the themes and content

–          The idea of peer coaching would be that we receive some coaching and we also get to coach – so we get to practice our skills, receive feedback and get some coaching ourselves!
