Dr Andrea Giraldez-Hayes is a personal and executive coach, particularly passionate about the power of coaching to transform individuals and organisations. She works in a number of topics: academic, change management, career, time management, transitions, work-life balance and writing and publishing.
An ICF Professional Certified coach (PCC), Andrea is passionate about professional development, enhancing coaching skills and ensuring that we manage ourselves as effectively as possible to help create an outstanding experience for our clients. Trained in NLP and Goal Mapping, she is fascinated by the exploration of who we are and how we ‘turn up’ in the coaching context.
She is also a soft-skills trainer, and facilitates workshops for the NHS, corporates and non-profit organisation. As a volunteer, Andrea works for Parents Gym and the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
With a background in arts, she is now the core leader and lecturer of Positive Psychology Coaching at Iron Mill College (University of Worcester) and have written a number of peer-reviewed journal articles books about coaching.
