Master Certified Coach (MCC)
Coaching since 1998 and training and mentoring coaches since 2001. I am an assessor with the ICF at MCC and PCC levels and partner with coaches to make your credentialing process more enjoyable and successful. This includes providing additional resources, models and perspectives on the core competencies. _______________________________________________ As a coach, I combine a very strong background in personal development and communication skills with strategic thinking. Many clients use me as a sounding board outside their organisation or situation to gain new insights and ways forward. My book 'The Self Factor', with foreword by Sir John Whitmore, is a popular resource for coaches. As well as running my own trainings, I work with Coach U and with The Academy of Executive Coaching.

Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation and an assessor for the ICF at both MCC and PCC levels.

• Training, mentoring and supervising coaches.

• Supporting coaches, individually and in groups, with their credentialing at MCC, PCC and ACC levels with the ICF.

• Designing coaching models and training materials.
