I started my coach training in 2002 with Corporate Coach U and graduated from the complete Advance coach training programme. In 2007 I successfully applied for my PCC. In 2009 I completed my certificate in Coach Supervision with Coaching Development and also started coach mentoring others to be able to apply for their credential. I have continued to develop my coaching though attending other coach training schools programmes (Eg the Forton Group) and attending ICF and Non ICF conferences to expand my knowledge. I deliver coach training internationally and know that each time I train , I learn. I training leaders in organisations to acquire and use the core coaching skills that will enable them to connect and lead more effectively. I have an active and growing practice - coaching in organisations - small and large - coaching leaders mature and young. I believe that in order to stay a credible and professional coach I need to keep my practice alive by working with many different styles of leaders. My passion is to support leaders to have more effective and impacting conversations with their teams which I believe will drive healthier places to work. I have been coaching since 2002 and am close to applying for my MCC.
