Mark is Director of Rise Organisational Development Consultancy which specialises in coaching, mentoring and behavioural change. He has been coaching and mentoring for 15 years with senior management and executive clients in a variety of commercial and public sector organisations. Mark has a background in local government in a variety of senior leadership roles across a broad range of services from frontline delivery through to change management and strategic leadership including social care, education and youth services. Mark’s first profession was as a civil engineer. Mark became a coach because he found it energising and rewarding to see individuals learn, develop and gain new insights and awareness about themselves. He is motivated by the personal journeys that clients choose to go on and feels privileged that they take him into their confidence. Mark strongly believes everyone holds the potential to feel fulfilled. Mark is also a University lecturer and an ILM assessor.
